Theology Made

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Theology Made, the teaching ministry of Dr. Jordan Vale (“Theology Made,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares information when you visit theologymade.com, request Jordan as a speaker, buy from our shop, or otherwise use this website (together, the “Site”). If you have a question about anything here, email hello@theologymade.com.

1. Information you give us

We never see or store your full card number. Card payments are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site automatically collects some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site and your approximate location (country, region or city, worked out from your IP address). This information comes from cookies, pixels and similar technologies, described in the next section.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use the following services, each of which may set cookies or receive information from your browser:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may stop the cart and checkout from working, but the rest of the Site will still be available.

4. How we use your information

We use the information described above to reply to your messages and speaking requests, to process, make and deliver your orders, to send order confirmations and shipping updates, to provide customer support, to understand and improve the Site and our teaching, to measure our marketing, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site and the shop, and only as much as they need to do their job:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of Theology Made or others, or as part of a transfer of the ministry to a successor, who would remain bound by this policy.

Some U.S. state privacy laws treat the use of advertising pixels, such as the Meta Pixel, as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. If you would like us to stop using your information this way, email us and we will honor your request.

6. Services we link to

Parts of Theology Made live on other platforms that have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them. Our online courses are sold and delivered through Kajabi, our newsletter and podcast are published on Substack, our assessment runs on Tally, and our music and video are on Spotify, Apple Music, Apple Podcasts and YouTube. We are not responsible for how those services handle your information, so please read their policies too.

7. How long we keep it

We keep speaking requests and email conversations for as long as they are useful for following up and planning events. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is usually seven years. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have further rights. Residents of California and several other U.S. states can ask to know what we collect and share, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, and we will never treat you differently for using those rights. People in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland can also restrict or object to our use of their data, ask for a portable copy, withdraw consent at any time and complain to their local data protection authority.

To make any request, email hello@theologymade.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will reply within the time the law requires.

9. Security

The Site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit who can access personal information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, however, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Visitors outside the United States

Theology Made is based in the United States, and the service providers listed above may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, those transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the Site.

13. Contact us
