Terms and Conditions

Last updated October 10, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of theologymade.com and everything you buy or request through it (the “Site”). The Site is run by Theology Made, the teaching ministry of Dr. Jordan Vale (“Theology Made,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our teaching content

Theology Made exists to make good theology clear and accessible. The articles, teaching, videos, music and other material on the Site are offered for general educational and devotional purposes. They are not a substitute for the counsel of your own pastor, church or a qualified professional, and you should seek that counsel for decisions about your own circumstances.

2. Who owns what

The text, artwork, illustrations, product designs, logos, audio, video and other content on the Site belong to Theology Made or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to read, watch, listen and share links for your own personal, non-commercial use, and to quote short passages with credit to Theology Made. Please do not copy, reproduce, sell or otherwise use our content or designs commercially, or to train machine learning models, without our written permission. To ask about permissions, email hello@theologymade.com.

3. Shop orders

4. Courses, newsletter and other platforms

Our online courses and workshops are sold and delivered through Kajabi, our newsletter and podcast are published on Substack, and some of our media is hosted on services such as YouTube, Spotify and Apple. When you buy a course or subscribe on one of those platforms, the price, access period and any refund terms shown at that checkout apply, along with that platform’s own terms. Course logins are for one person and may not be shared.

5. Speaking requests

Sending a request through our Speaking page does not book Jordan for your event. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the date, details and any fees with you in writing.

6. Using the Site

Please use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to interfere with the Site or its security, not to attempt to access accounts or areas that are not yours, not to use the Site to send spam or harmful code, and not to scrape or harvest content or personal information from it by automated means. We may suspend access for anyone who misuses the Site.

7. Links to other websites

The Site links to websites and services we do not control. We provide those links for your convenience and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind beyond those that the law does not allow us to exclude. We do not promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Theology Made will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, and forms part of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Theology Made is based, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies, and orders are governed by the Terms in place when they were placed.

13. Contact us

Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@theologymade.com.
